To keep the members association updated on the current trends in the eyecare world and healthcare in general, the association usually holds Continuous Medical Education sessions every two weeks.

In collaboration with African Council Of Optometrists, the  association held 18 CMEs via webinar in 2021, in 2022 the association has done 22 sessions with an average attendance of 100 optometrists per session.

The association will hold 12  monthly CMEs in 2023, of which at least three will be physical. In addition, the case study sessions will be held once every month to review and discuss cases optometrist interact with on a day to day basis for peer review and discussions. A schedule  for the same is attached on our downloads section.

The association is always open for partnership in delivering the same.
